Benelli M2 20 ga. They also make a feather weight version or something like that in a 20 GA. You might want to look at a Browning Upland Gold as well. I might be off on the name, but it's a small 20 designed for quail and upland hunting, but would be perfect for a woman or youth.

I've been shooting a Benelli M2 the past four years and love it for ducks and turkeys. It's basically the smaller version of the Super Black Eagle. It's light and swings well. It shoots 2 3/4" or 3" shells. Whatever you get, make sure it's comfortable to you. You can't go wrong with either...
