Wevans, thanks for responding. Is mud cove inside alligator harbor and have you ever targeted tarpon there?

Mud Cove?

Will anyone tell me where mud cove is located? I know that it is in the area of alligator point but more specifics would be much appreciated. I'm thinking of trying to catch my first tarpon!

Hey Max, sorry I am so long in replying but the board was down and then I was busy with the BBSC. I have only put the boat in at lanark twice. I usually fish out of St. Marks but would like to learn the lanark area better.

Yeah Max, I wish I had a video camera to record those two women fighting that one. I couldn't even help them because I had one of your favorite AJ's on at the same time. My buddy didn't know who to help until he saw the cobia surface. When that happened he forgot all about getting rods out of my way...

Ventured out to the K tower yesterday. Caught several big AJ's, a few short grouper, but the highlight of the day was watching my wife and a friend of hers both holding the same fishing rod fighting what turned out to be about a forty pound cobia.

I know that in the past I have seen some favorable comments about a mechanic in Tallahassee. I need to have my 150 Yamaha serviced. Who should I use? Name and phone number please.

Dewyafish,

Yes we caught the black drums on live shrimp on a jig head fished on the bottom. The FMP checked fishing licenses, fish, boat registration, life vests, and safety gear. I wasn't in my boat but the guy I was with received a warning for a torn throw cushion.
