Re: Need a place to eat in Albany

My niece will be in town to play a soccer match and I thought we would go out to eat afterwards. I don't want to break out the tux to go eat but I also don't want saddle up to a feed trough with 350lb Albanians. Looking for the middle ground.

Re: Need a place to eat in Albany

So it looks like a toss up between the Catch and Henry's. We'll flip a coin unless someone can guarantee me the Steaks at Henry's are worth it.

Re: Swim ladder on flats boat

I wanted it in case a client ever fell overboard. Even with the lower freeboard I'd have trouble getting a large or overweight person back on board easily. Chalk fell out of my boat one time when the water temp was in the upper 50's maybe lower 60's. He had no problem hopping up into my boat. Matte...

Re: Swim ladder on flats boat

I've not seen one on a 'toon yet but I have seen polling platforms on boats that had Ttops and on boats that you could never actually poll. I must admit my first "flats boat" was a 19' CS that I put a platform on. Almost turned me off of flats fishing all together it was such a pig. Glad I...

Re: WTB- underground pet fence

Hey Rhet
I got the wireless one that Home depot carries for about $300. and it works great on my dog. Good thing about the wireless is that if you travel with your dogs any....camping, visiting family etc.... you can take it with you as long as you've got an outlet.

Re: Ethanol reduced gas mileage???

A 10-15% decrease in hp has a much greater effect on your 1.3l geo than on my 4L yota. Prolly the combined effects of E gas and the heat.

The heat robs a lot of hp from an engine.
