Heard drop trolling motor and throw crank baits till you find them. Which wouldn't be hard.

Re: Trolling Motor Help
70 or 80 pound I-pilot would be your best bet. It has autopilot and cruise to control speed. This gives you mobility and hands free in the boat to tie hooks, take off fish or anything else.

Re: water level in Lake Iamonia
Reeves Landing is where I went. They let most all of the water out of the lake. There were only folks sitting on buckets fishing around the edge, and one jon boat with a trolling motor only. - Steve I do not understand draning this lake while others in the area already down? Why not spend that time...

Just letting you in on info! I think management could be better for Leon counties lakes. Why allow these sinkholes to drain our lakes? Rebuild the dam and aggressively attack the grass! The lake has not sustained full pool in over 15 years!

Re: Striped Bass
50 pound test? Not around here. Dams are a great place to start. You will catch more hybrids than stripes though. Eufala is a good place also for stripes.

BPS is building in Valdosta as we speak. I heard they passed Tallahassee up. I know that there will be a Sportsmans Warehouse at Fallschase.
