Re: Lanark 5/17
Went to Lake Oconee this weekend and had to deal with the jet ski's as well as the yahoo's tubing while we were trying to fish. I think that idiots have a sixth's sense for pissing off fisherman. My father-in-law said he's going to start carrying a shotgun in his boat, just to scare them, probably.

I use a stupid looking glove to handle fish, but I preach that it helps in healthy release. Damn good point.

Re: How to on Pompano....
Nice informative post. I've tried fishing for 'em over the past few weeks, but haven't had any luck. I've been using a Pompano jig, which is basically a bullet weight with a rooster tail attached to it and sand fleas. Everytime I get out there, the wind a surf is kicking, so I'm assuming that is my ...

Nice trip fella's. What was the depth on those jacks? We were out a few weeks ago and saw a major disturbance in about 8-10 feet of water. We figured it was spanish, and didn't fool with it because we were looking for trout. After hearing what you said CC, I think it may have been jacks. Live and le...

Re: 3 Days of Econfina Redfish Madness!!!
Nice size on those reds. Luckily you had multiple folks in the boat to justify keeping those bad boys. I have a feeling your buddy will be making it down more often! Make sure you let 'em know that its not the fisherman, its the guide.

Re: Littoral in Florida Sportsman
I was looking at it yesterday and I was telling my wife that it looked just like the guy who caught a cobia out of his kayak last month. Congrats on the picture, and what a fish.
