Bait in Lanark??

Heading to DI shoals tomorrow and have not bought bait around there before, but a buddy wants something dead on the end of his line for the cobes/spanish. Any suggestions? (or should I just rely on my pinfish rig?)

I have contemplated putting a ThermaCell on the boat (and definitely at the fish cleaning station at Aucilla), but have always wondered 1) if it worked on the noseeums and 2) how often you have to replace the cartridges?? Looks like some of you have had success with it, but any answers to the cartri...

Always feels better to have to replace a lure after being beat up by a big red than the various other ways of losing lures. :hammer:

Thanks guys...what a crowd. I live in the Monticello area but work mostly in Tally. I spend most of my time on the Aucilla, but will make it over to Icky now and then. Based on my last few trips...you wont find me around "Short Marks" anytime soon. Most fishing is done "as usual"...

A word of thanks from new member

Before I add any posts, I want to thank all of you on this site for the great information and general outlook on fishing and life you have given me for about as long as the site has been open. Dont know why it has been so long for me to join, but I am pleased to do so now.
