Re: New trailer

You may or may not be aware but on a tandem trailer the tires will slide not roll through a tight turn. Again, this is not a problem just go slow.

Re: drift sock questions

Yes, we use a drift sock all the time during windy conditions. very useful tool for us. See Chris at Bass Pro they have a variety of sizes that will fit your boat. Don't forget a inline stainless swivel to keep it from twisting up. Chuck, you and Jeff catch enough big trout to slow your d...

Re: Fishing App

Don't go too crazy with apps on my iPhone 5, but I did install FishingTimes, a solunar guide with multiple selectable spots, ShralpTide (local tide charts) and CCA Florida STAR app to log in that next tagged red. They're not specific for fishing, but I also have RadarUS and the Navionics app for ba...

That would be a good example to show him he was doing wrong, but pulling a gun with no intent to use it might be just as bad.

Re: NFGFC JULY TOURNAMENT CHANGES!!!!

I'm probably not qualified to comment on this since I've only fished this tournament a few times over the past years, but I do wonder why you guys wait until July to have a Lanark/Carrabelle tournament. I fish that area when I get a chance to go, and the fishing really turns on there by early April...

Re: NFGFC JULY TOURNAMENT CHANGES!!!!

I just called the IGA in Carrabelle and got permission from the store manager to hold weigh in in their parking lot. I told them approx. one hr. time , and no trash on the ground. He said it would be fine. Hope this helps.

Fished the refuge from 8:00 AM - 1:15 PM Not much to report - water looks like strong sweet tea at the lighthouse bars. It's darker this week than last. First tried the flats but nothing there, so I paddled to the coves and got a few strikes - a catfish and small black sea bass. Paddled into Big Co...
