never used the Gulp Chum. I usually mix my own with old stuff from the freezer and menhaden oil. Maybe it lasts longer than store block or even my homemade stuff.

Caught the reds on small live crabs, ounce of lead, just letting the drift along the bottom with the current. Crabs were caught in the castnet while catching bull minnows that were used for the flounder up near the bridge. Black drum were also caught in the shadow of the bridge.

Luke,
there is a film on the masks when you purchase it, Richard at Coral Reef recommends using toothpaste to clean initially. I then use Spit to keep it from fogging. Worked well in the islands and while scalloping this weekend.

cooler 1/2 full of fresh water, I chill it with ice jugs before dumping the scalllops in. Once scallops (just out of the saltwater) are dumped into the icey water, wait about 15 minutes (drink a beer).
