Cedar Key
I am going to Cedar Key for the first time ever in two weeks. Main thing I wanted to know is if there are alot of rocks and such in the area. I normally only fish from Econfina to Steinhatchee and there is a big difference in those two places. I have found my fair share of rocks and would like to no...

Re: New to the Area.
Let's see...snook and bonefish= plus Traffic, crime, congestion, and damn Yankees= It doesn't even come close to being worth it. I'll take our backwoods marsh and simple fisheries any day. Oh, and by the way, I lived in Hell for a couple years so I'm speaking from experience. Amen, Same here, lived...

Re: 2003 Suzuki DF140 Four Stroke for sale
It is an inline 4 cylinder. Yes the 150 supposedly has significantly more HP at the foot.

2003 Suzuki DF140 Four Stroke for sale
I have a 2003 Suzuki DF140 Four Stroke. I am installing a new Mercury 150 fourstroke and this one is coming off the flats boat. The boat is currently at the marine shop having the motor installed and I should have it in the next week or so. I can hook the gauges up and get the hours but I think it h...

Re: Wanted. Riding Lawn Mower.
I have a JD L100 mower in good running condition that I would sell for 550, has a 42 inch deck. Has cracks in the seat but starts easily.
Thanks

Re: Econfina-????
two questions if you guys dont mind.
Is there anywhere to camp in tents an Econ and if so are there showers? (I wasnt sure about the main store, that is if they allowed it) Also who rents out the small lodges where the restuaraunt used to be near the boat ramp.
Thanks

Fenholloway Late report 2/20 - 2/21
Went camping and fishing 2 days. Had 4 people to make it worth while for bag limits. We caught about 15-20 reds each day so not too bad. Caught 95% a good ways up creeks. Mainly only fished soft bait. Lots of fun, plan on going back this weekend for the same trip. http://www.forumpictureprocessor.co...

Re: Steinhatchee 7 Jan 2010
Yeh, would have to agree on most all the airboats, just never had one do something that obnoxious. I saw the casino dave on sunday also, i believe he was fishing alone that day. Didnt have any unpleasantries this time but will definitely keep an eye out.

Re: Steinhatchee 7 Jan 2010
Chug, I saw where you posted about a boater with little etiquette on the other big bend forum. I thought I would share mine. I was sitting about 40 yards from the grass below the mouth of the creek at marker 26 on Sunday. I see an air boat round the corner at the end of the no wake zone. He was comi...

My buddy talked to JR and he said for the weekend not to bother with Aucilla, the trout are not there yet. Considering he makes a living off it I guess he knows what he is talking about....
