Re: tire help for a F-150 with 18" wheels

Jared doesn't work there anymore...that's one of the reasons why I'm not opting for another set of BFG's.

Re: tire help for a F-150 with 18" wheels

BFG's is all I've ever had on my truck, but I'll be replacing them with Cooper Discoverer AT/3's this weekend...significantly less expensive with a 55k warranty.

Lost dog-not mine

This popped up on my Facebook news feed and I thought I would post it here since many of you frequent the St. Teresa area...sure is a beautiful dog, and I'm sure the owner is sick over losing him.

Re: Bye, Bye Fish

Decided one summer in highschool to try and catch one of the big boys...of the 2 attempts made, both resulted in hookups with huge bullsharks w...

Re: Hunting Kayak for sale - HellBender Boat

These are outstanding 1 person duck boats/layout boats...very stable (I stand up and pole mine 50% of the time), and very easy to conceal. I hunt out of mine regularly with 3-4 dozen decoys, mojo(s), and the rest of my gear, and have no trouble paddling long distances. Mine has seen more use this se...

Ahh...floating your hat is just par for the course. I'm sure it didn't deter him one bit. Filling your waders full of cold water isn't fun at the time, but it will give you something to laugh about forever. Congrats on a great hunt and great memories.

Re: Knife for field dressing deer

I would go with one of the Kershaw's...they're going to be much more dextrous in the hand than the Walther, and will allow you to be more precise. I like the ergonomics of the Scallion, but I'm not a fan of serated blades for this application. I would most likely go with the Leek.

Re: Fishing wear (Favorites, Tips, Deals, etc!!!)

Unless they're made of rubber or latex, you're going to be hard pressed to find a pair of gloves that are truly waterproof. At best, most of the gloves on the market are "water resistant." I've heard good things about seal skin gloves, but never tried them personally. If you want something...
