Just my opinion, i think the mindset of the newer generation of outdoor enthusiast is not the same, it seems to be how many, how much. And no respect for the environment or there fellow enthusiast. I was at keaton two weeks ago beach road had trash all the way to the ramp and it got worse the closer...

Decided to redo, refit and recommission the old stumpnocker (1983)to shallow water flats duty. Added new front deck with dry storage and put a built in insulated cooler in back bench seat. I think i would go with the old school mask, i have heard the same stories as mentioned. The first week at Keaton i think i am going to get a chair, umbrella, bug juice and drinks and just sit there at the ramp and watch the show

anti siphon valve on your tank can cause this, it is a spring and ball located in the fitting on your tank where the fuel line hooks up. i took mine off and cut part of the spring off so as not to have as much spring pressure on the ball. solved my problem. this was on a 150 2 stroke. Just a thought

Hey Steve, that rock guard sometimes makes you think you are bullet proof, but when you find one of those under water treasures that is man enough to prove you wrong it's just more money down the drain (me) x 2 , i am older and some what wiser now. I think

Check out Moeller Marine Products, they have the zinc chromate primer and the matching engine paint.
