I have noticed while fishing out of Ecofina, a lot of bad looking storms build up to the West then seem to move South and disappear??

Not a mechanic here, but sure sounds like you have a restricted fuel line -- probably caused by ethonal. The vent problem sounds like a second problem, maybe mud dobbers have the screen plugged up? Ethonal basically slowly melts the inside of "None ethonal rated" fuel surfaces -- hoses -ta...

Guys, If you want a good meal ---- you can make one out of fresh Mackerel -- caught the same day. Keep them iced down, and clean them like you would a dolphin -- re: cut the skin around the fillet and then pull it off from the head to the tail. Then finish removing the fillet.
