Re: Top 3 Lures

1.) Johnson Beetle Spin. Redfish love a good beetle imitation, obviously has to be the large size. 2.) Savage Gear 3D Suicide Duck. Tarpon blow up on these things, maybe it looks like a baby gull. 3.) Wish Hard VIB spoon. Hand down the best spoon you can sling. Replaced all those Aquadreams with the...

Re: Mandalay

By the old Moulmein Pagoda, lookin' eastward to the sea, There's a Burma girl a-settin', and I know she thinks o' me; For the wind is in the palm-trees, and the temple-bells they say: "Come you back, you British soldier; come you back to Mandalay!" Come you back to Mandalay, Where the old ...

Re: Will pay to learn how to catch a Sheepshead before Labor

I'm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I am a sheepshead sight fishing expert.

I'll PM you, no payment necessary, the stories of your frustration with them will be good enough.

Re: How to remove a tick the right way!

Ticks do not screw in, they use a barbed hypostome. Twisting it only increases the risk of breaking it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypostome_(tick) Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about. I'd be especially concerned if my vet or Dr told me that. Salty Gator and the othe...

Re: Where have all the oysters gone?

And what about my attitude is it, sir? Is it simply that I voice beliefs that differ from yours? Is it that I conclude, based on sound data, that we as a society have caused and continue to cause great harm to our ecosystems? Point out one thing I have said that is incorrect based on the facts. Nat...

Re: St Marks river 2/19

No offense taken, it's googans by the way not donkeys. I just sight fish so I would agree with you on sitting on a hole with other boats close by.

I still want to see your boat so I can be positive it's yours when there is a boat doing doughnuts in the rock garden with no one on board.

Post a picture of your boat so us "donkeys" know to avoid you.

Didn't take long for the nuts to come out. Really, because they took god out of school?!? Since you brought it up, what an amazing god it is that let 20 little kids be slaughtered. What do you say about all the other school shootings before god was just so easily kicked out of school? This thread is...

Re: "Gagmania".. Grown men do cry.. St. marks Offshore 12-8-

Those were 2' seas.

Either way they screwed the pooch on the forecast. Our plan was the same and turned around 15 miles out in a bay boat to do inshore the rest of the day. It was cloudy, cold and wet the entire day.
