Re: Isaac
As a person who spent most of their formidable year in South Louisiana, I have pretty much given up on The Weather Channel. These shows are designed for ratings and some small scientific fact. I wholeheartedly agree with PA. This being said, it is nasty there now. They are experiencing what TS Debbi...

The first mate and I wento check it out. The parking lot was full, store was stocked, lights were on... Then we were met with the 2.0 (rent a cop) who was completely rude and couldn't even put down her cigarette an e-book thing just to point at the crudely made sign that said the store was opening t...

Re: Mercury125 Fuel delivery?
I will look into that. I had no problem getting it started. It was real sluggish. I ran WOT at 5knts and if the motor seemed like it was gonna cut out I choked the motor. But still I was not getting any power. The Primer bulb seemed to get week as well. that is why i think it maybe fuel related.

Mercury125 Fuel delivery?
Trying to figure out my outboard problem. Boat has run great. I was out yesterday and was trying to get back before the storm. Motor fired up and would idle every time then cut off. I refired the motor took it out of gear and increased rpm's. I would drop down, then get it into gear, I would run the...

It was a regualar Saturday, or so she thought. Lines where tied, cooler iced, bait in live well. Headed SE past lighthouse, got to the spot where I dropped the anchor. Got the girlfriends line in for her( being nice, she usually does it herself). After a few casts and no bites she wanted me to chang...

Re: New to hunting
I don't think for this area trajectory will play a factor. My experience is that most shots are fired within a range of 100yrds. Ballistics on the .308 round show the it peaking at 100yrds, then dropping off from there. Unless LoneSouth, is planning on firing long distances, I would use the Core-Loc...

Re: New to hunting
There is really nothing around this area that you need to drop a 180g round into. The 150g are a great little load that pack the same punch. The 150g core lock, I believe is a pointier tip that the 180g brother, thus screaming thru bone, organs and skin. The 180g is gonna pack more of a punch, and y...
