I live on Apalachee Parkway and I am trying to get directions to the Power Plant where I hear I can fish for Stripers, Reds, etc.
Would someone help me with this?
I don't have a boat, can I fish from shore?
Really would like to fish for Stripers.

Where would your recommend to fish for King Mackerel or Stripers in Florida?
I mainly fish from Piers or beaches. Sometimes Paddle board.
Also, what rigs and bait.

Does anyone know if the old St George Island Bridge was damaged?
I want to go fish this weekend but I don't want to drive there and find it damaged.

The Power Pro has been on the reel for about 2 years.
I do not now how often to change it.

We went to the old St George Island bridge Friday and arrived at 5pm. Light breeze, not very hot, waters where calm, murky but not rust colored. High tide was suppose to be at 7:40pm. It definitely was not Tarpon.
It must have been Cobia. Moved very shark like.
I have fished the bridge for over 7 years and never seen them there.
This is the first time and especially in a group like that!

I went fishing on the old bridge in St George Island at 10:30pm on Saturday night. The stars were out and there was a cool breeze. there was a slow steady current. I fished up to 8am Sunday. I would like some advise on where to surf or pier fish at night in saltwater.
It has been so hot lately that I prefer to fish after 6pm.
I have fished off the old bridge by St. George but I am wondering if there is any place closer to Tallahassee.
Any type of fish besides catfish and stingrays.

I was at East Pass from 12 pm to 5pm. Beautiful weather. Water was a green clear. People were already there and 3 boats were sitting there very close to shore. Light wind.
