I was in 3-4' on grass bed. I ended up catching 1 @ time on sabiki w gulp bits. Took way too long. Ad...

Re: Cooler Seat Lift
Finally got around to lifting my cooler seat up to a leaning post height. I made a cardboard pattern for the brackets and handed it over to Matt & Chad at Metal Fabrications of Tally. They built them for me out of 1/4" Aluminum and then powder coated them. Good work guys! That looks great!...

Re: Bass Boys and Jumptrout
WE opted for a well traveled short cut to avoid the rain squall coming at us. There is a previously unknown object lurking in the short cut. The precise location of the formerly unknown object will be disclosed upon payment of a need to know fee. The location of the short cut will be provided at NO...

Re: Shimano Spinning Reels - Suggestions ?
I would give braid another shot on you spinning reels. It doesn't work well on bait casters because it digs into itself if you drag is too tight when you set the hook. This will then result in a snapped line when you cast. Spinning reels are a different animal. I'd give it another shot. I...

Re: Shimano Spinning Reels - Suggestions ?
Depends on how much you want to spend. I have 3 Symitre 4000 for everyone else on the boat. Good, solid reels. Not too expensive. I use a Saros 3000. A bit more $, but not too much. No Shimano I have ever had has let me down. My 2 cents
