Re: DIY fish campsite
I was at Indian pass last weekend and noticed about 5 set ups like this on the bay waterfront. Owner of the Indian pass campground advised the real estate agents are trying to put a stop to it because of what you mentioned, lowers property values for those who have homes. I’ll have to check out arou...

DIY fish campsite
I have spent a considerable amount of time this year between Econfina and Carrabelle fishing. I have noticed a lot of people buying small lots near the water, building a metal truss pole barn and parking a rv/camper under it along with a boat. I am interested if any members have this set up? I know ...

Re: Inshore boat review?
The ideal situation for me is to buy a used hull/trailer and put a brand new motor on it. Im looking to spend under 20k, preferably 15-18k. I’m also interested in fabricating an elevated console which I like on a flats boat. Not sure how much a new seaark hull goes for I’m leaning towards the 1872 m...

Re: Inshore boat review?
Thanks for the responses. If I can find a seaark I will buy it, not having to much luck searching at this point. I target trout and redfish and want a boat able to get me out to the flats during the hot months and be able to fish the shoreline, get into some creeks etc. I prefer low maintinence as f...

Inshore boat review?
Hello, I am in the market for a inshore boat capable of fishing econfina, st. marks, Ochlocknee bay and venturing out a mile or two on calm days to fish deeper water. At this point I am considering: Xpress H20 Bay Ranger Banshee Extreme SeaArk 1860cc I have noticed several of the new bay series Xpre...

1872 / 1860 cc
Currently fish the econfina / hichory mounds / st. marks area with my kayak. Although i've had great success, I need to get back into a boat to hit the flats when the fish move into deeper water. I'm seeking input from those who primarily fish inshore around the rocky areas in the big bend and enjoy...
