Re: Good people
Fishing Intel is like money. I'll give somebody 1 of my last 2 pennies if they need it, but not anybody if that makes any sense.

Re: Lost a rod and reel today
Women! I've lost a few rigs myself but a female was the reason I lost my brand new baitcasting setup, which was an even bigger deal because I had just gotten into the whole baitcasting thing. And it was an even bigger bigger deal because whatever took it wasn't a small fish or a trash fish :smt013 :...

Re: St.Marks/Wakulla redfish charter
I'm a little late to this party lol I was thinking this was more of a joke/spoof topic than a straight up troll topic. Are there really trolls on a local fishing forum!?! Lol!

There sure are alot of St Marks River questions
...and here's mine lol! Are the mullet as still and calm up the entire river from the Newport Bridge as they are at the bridge? Ya'll will think I'm lying but after my original plan today was sabatoged by a tree across the road I decided (more like lied to myself so I could be home before dark lol) ...

Re: Where should I fish?
There's a time for fishing what you know best and a time for just up and doing the opposite. They're both fun for different reasons. Either of the 2 in to many doses at once gives you the itch to do the other.

Re: GPS questions from a primitive fisherman
My factory downloaded Maps has never not worked on any phone I've ever had. I'd just rather have 2 on a trip where I depend on it in case anything happens.

Re: Any Scallop Reports?
Would the grass flat there at Wakulla Beach be a good scalloping spot? Or anywhere else besides the Lighthouse?

GPS questions from a primitive fisherman
...maybe not primitive but certainly not as advanced on the technological side of our little thing called fishing. I'm interested in getting a handheld GPS that would fit inside my big but not bass tournament type huge tacklebox, to take the place of my phone. All I would use it for is looking at wh...

Re: Trying a new lure
Every time I think I've invented something or discovered something I get on the internet and get heartbroken lol! But atleast that means there are people out there who can appreciate it.
I can throw a baitcaster effortlessly now. A castnet is a different story

Re: Trying a new lure
If you get a birds nest while using a flats lure or a flats jighead with a bait on it then you have a bone (in addition to your birds nest lol) to pick with whoever taught you how to cast lol!

Re: Trying a new lure
Are you fishing the flats with a baitcaster? I thought I was the only person who did that. I hate a dang eggbeater, and those saltwater baitcasting style things are just overkill. I love flats fishing with the baitcaster. The heavy baits fly on them and it's all with the flick of the wrist. Speaking...

Re: Advice Newport Park
I've busted my bum on every boat ramp in this region. You'd think I would learn, especially after the 1 time it resulted in me cutting my thumb so bad you could see white meet.

Re: Aucills River question
I want to go fishing more than I want to have sssssssssssssssseven pieces of chocolate cake. Did you ever go? I bet you got sabotaged by the weather Thursday and Friday. That should be the last of that type of weather though. Every year before I start fishing I load up the chainsaw, chain etc and go...
