Looks delicious. It also makes some of the best ceviche if you have not tried that yet as well. My buddy is a chef and turned me on to it. I’m always happy when I put a Spanish in the boat.

With the prop baits is it literally just a start stop retrieve to induce strikes from trout? I always just thought walking the dog was the most effective top water for trout and reds and dismissed prop baits. I love a mini torpedo for bass! Just curious.
