has anybody found any fish on the flats yet? looks like the wind might be down tomorrow, maybe a shower or 2. thanks for any help.

thought it was just me, 1st. boat at the ramp, 1st bite at 8:00 a keeper red. at 9:00 found a school of trout, 1st cast a keeper trout, after about 12 shorts in a row decided to move, never had another trout bite all day.

while fishing the oyster bars north of the lighthouse a couple weeks ago I caught a strange fish. released it. looked it up and it appears to be a Sea Robin. anyone catch these, and how rare are they? thank you

2 fishermen got 8 keeper trout today and the wind was terrible. go tomorrow, you should be able to find some.

fished this a.m., caught a limit of trout, 18" and up with the largest at 22" and 1 keeper red. first time I've caught more keepers than dinks. I want say where I fished but the in coming tide was good to me. great day

fished 8' to 10' early, only got ladyfish and sharks. tried 6' & 7' and caught about 25 short trout, only 1 keeper. plenty of sails, hardheads, and sharks. tried some old fishbites, shrimp flavor on 1 rod about 4.5' deep and had lots of action on that. I should have went back out to the 8', 10' ...

I'm thinking of trying for trout in the a.m., any info on depth would be helpful. I'll be using gulp shrimp, and redfish magic, and pins if I can find any. thanks for any help.
