Prolly more than you need but I just put a Garmin 74sv on my Pathfinder last month. I replace a dated Garmin 498(?) that was on the boat when I bought it. You just have to deal with it or try to find areas where it's not as thick. Sometimes the floating grass will form a "weedline" and you can fish/drift along side of it. I've had good luck drifting along side of those floating weedlines in the past

I fished St Marks yesterday. Water was murky like iced tea. I couldn't see the oyster bars unless I was right on them. Fished around Rock Garden to scout for scallops... didn't see the first one. Had a buddy fish there about a month ago before all the rain and he saw plenty but they weren't there ye...

That f150 is a great motor. Just make sure it has the updated harmonic balancer on it. If not it can cause catastrophic failure.

There was a nice Grady White beside RMS this weekend. Looked to be 26-28 ft. with twin Yammmies, hard top, and splash curtain.
