Louisiana advice & opinions
Hey Everyone, Several years ago I asked for advice for a guide for a redfish trip in Louisiana. I considered several options offered and decided on one of them. The trip was great. Since then, that guide has passed away. So I thought I would ask again for recommendations on a guide service and also ...

Re: Choosing the correct prop
I did find, finally, find the info on the current prop. It’s a 10-5/8 X 12 G.
That’s a lot less pitch than yours. Now I’m curious as to how a higher pitched prop would perform on my boat.
I assume you’re pleased with the performance of the 15 pitch you have?

Choosing the correct prop
I could use some help please. I’m replacing the prop on my G3 17’ CC Gator Tough. The prop I took off has no identification markings…none. The motor is a Yamaha F60. I don’t have a tachometer. I would like to get as close as possible to what I have now. Boat alone is approx 900 lbs. Any ideas on how...

Econfina and Aucilla
I hope everyone is recovering from the storm. Many Prayers for those affected. As for Econfina and Aucilla, any word on how the boat ramps, docks, and routes out to the flats are? Hoping to get down soon and I really haven’t heard anything for these areas, post storm. Any info is appreciated. Stay S...

Re: Skeg Repair
Thanks for the info guys. It’s not mine, but it’s my brother. I’m not sure what happened, he just sent the pic and asked for advise. I figured it was to soon to ask questions. He’s at Mex. Beach for a couple of days. I’ll touch base with Mr. Bellamy. That was my 1st thought but knew he had retired.

Re: The ignorance of some is amazing !
You sure they weren't duck hunting. Happens a lot more duck hunting than fishing. I’m sure they weren’t hunting. Ran past me, came off plane and immediately dropped anchor and started casting. I don’t claim to be a professional fisherman, but I’ve never seen that tactic. Surely that would spook any...

Fishtildark, as I stated before, I regret the post. I don’t know how to delete but at least I was able to edit. We, no doubt, have different opinions on the details of this event. That being said, your apologize is accepted and I’d like to apologize as well for the post. In the future, hopefully we ...

My brother in law has a rarely used 8 Gallon Cajun Fryer for sale. It’s great but bigger than he needs. He bought a 4 gallon for his needs. His lives in Bainbridge and can be reached at 229-416-7006. Thanks.
