Re: Family friendly Charter
Skeeterbite (Capt. Steve Hobbs) on this forum can team up with Capt. Mike from St. Marks Outfitters and make that happen. Both are great guides and a pleasure to fish with. (850) 363-0527

I found it a Walgreens. I believe Walmart and Kevin's may have it too.

Re: Upper Aucilla adventures
There is some very strong bug spray called Premetherin that my crews use also. Do not spray it on your skin, only your clothes. You spray it on and let it dry before you wear the clothing, then it lasts for several washings. I don't know if it works for yellow flies, but it does for ticks and chigge...

Re: Upper Aucilla adventures
There is some stuff called Tech-Nu that I buy for my land surveying crews. You apply it to any skin exposed to poison ivy after you come out of the woods, let it soak in for a few minutes then wash with soap. It will stop poison ivy breakouts. Then all you have to worry about is the yellow flies and...

Re: Metal building recommendation needed.
Rocky - I have bought two from Southeastern Buildings in Tallahassee. I can tell you the following - - Once your slab is done and they get to your site, they are extremely quick. - Getting them to your site takes forever. I think they wait until they get a lot of orders from one place, then ship the...

Re: Strange new grass
I disagree on the impossible to fish part. I have been catching some huge trout and reds out of it. I have seen it just east of the Aucilla stretching to the east and from Hickory Mound all the way to Rock Island. Seems to me like it showed up last Fall, then the Winter didn't get cold enough to kil...

Re: Tackle trays
I have noticed with the tackle trays that it makes a difference how you store them when it comes to soft plastics. You need to have the baits lying flat / long ways in the compartments when the tray is in your tackle bag. Otherwise, repeated exposure to the long Florida Summer heat will warp your ba...

Re: Lake Jackson 5/30/20
When the lake gets real low, you can still launch at Crowder Landing. You have to drive your truck down the ramp and turn left, then back into a deep hole that is near the shore. It is white sand, so you normally don't spin down trying to come back out.

I am pretty sure Miro Lure bought out Paul Brown years ago, so your problem may be with Miro Lure.
I can't get your video to play, but I will go look for it on Youtube.

Doom -
How do you keep that Corky from spinning when it sinks? Every one of those I've purchased ends up with a curved tail that causes the lure to spiral as it falls.

Re: Strange Evinrude News
So if you buy a new Etec - what do you do about warranty or parts? Heck, if you own a year old Etec is the remaining warranty still good? I think Shield's Marina sells Suzuki's. I have only had one small one on the back of a work boat. It ran okay, but the carb would mess up if you left it unused fo...

Re: Flounder Management Options
12" flounder are the most delicious ones there are fried whole. I prefer them over the larger ones. That being said, I have seen seasons when the catch numbers went up or down, but overall I catch more now than in the past. Some of the guys at our tournament weigh-ins can tell you my boat would...
