One more thing to note: The fuel tank on the older models is further foward. If your happy with the way she is go get it slimed up :thumbup:

Mine are under the console. Are your bait wells full of water in the pic? Once you get the weight thing fixed give Powertech Props a call and ask for a "stern lifting prop" it made a world of difference on my Redfisher.

Looks like you've got too much weight aft. Try moving your TM batteries to the console or up front if possible. If you look at my trim tabs you'll see there only a couple of inches under.
