I took a crew of people over there on the 4th myself. We had a good time. I agree that boaters were very courteous in tight quarters.

Zin - The shoals are pretty easy to find on a chart. They're southwest of St. Marks. I'm guessing that the closest ramp to them is Mashes Sands or Shell Point. It is a beautiful area that's a good ways out, maybe 7 or 8 miles. You can still see land but it's pretty distant.

East of St. Marks 5-31
Put in at Shell Island about 12:30. Ran well east of the lighthouse and threw a gold spoon around rocks and shoreline. Hard falling tide. Not the best day ever but not the worst. 5 redfish, 4 in the slot up to 26" and one pup. My wife insisted on throwing a Gulp and hooked a pretty nice redfish...
