Re: 2016 CCA STAR Underway
Pretty cool tournament, some very nice prizes as well. I dont see anywhere on the website where it shows you how many tagged redfish have been caught so far, where did you get that information Silverking?

Re: St. Marks Boating/Swimming
There are lots of places to pull the boat to the side and stop and swim, just keep in mind as you head north the river does get clearer but also colder! We stopped not too far north of the Hwy 98 Bridge and swam but man was that water cold!

Fishing Report for Live Oak/Piney Island area
We fished starting about 830 am until 12:45 PM.
We caught 3 Keeper Spanish Mackerels and 3 Keeper Trout.
We caught three sharks, three Catfish, several lady fish and several grunts. (All those were tossed back)
Overall good day on the water!

Re: Scallop season is a month away.
I was told that FWC is seriously considering closing our waters for Scalloping due to red tide and stuff this past winter killing off a large part of our scallop population. I was told if we want to go scalloping we will have to go south like to the Crystal River area.

Re: Fish Finders / GPS combo, which one do you use and why?
I have a question with models like these two, http://www.humminbird.com/Products/HELIX-5-SONAR-GPS/ https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/on-the-water/fishfinders/striker-5dv/prod528819.html Can you enter in GPS coordinates like for example ones that are posted on this website and it will guide you to it,...
