Hey Mudducker, don't move to Douglas or you will be paying taxes on your boat or boats. If you live in Coffee county and own a boat that is registered in Ga. you pay yearly taxes on the boat and motor and accessories based on NADA Blue book. Aren't we blessed

How many out there have to pay yearly taxes (to the county you live in) on your boat and motor and all accessories (trolling motors, depth finders, vhf )not counting tailer?? (We do here in coffee county Ga.)

Another question on grouper digging with plugs, mono or braid on main line? and wire leader or not?

Do you know what your motor is suppose to idle at in gear, you might could just idle it up some. most brands give a general speed + or - some rpms ?. my 150 was 1100rpm out of gear and 900 in gear, my Honda is 750 to 800 out of gear

If all that is good, you might be able to adjust the shift shaft for the forward position to put a little more pressure on the clutch dog to take up the slack in the gears. I know you can do this on Evinrude's and Johnson's not sure about yours.
