Motor battery...make sure to run thru an on/off toggle switch, and also make sure that the hot wire (red) for the radio has an inline fuse

I see the peeps over near Pensacola are catching the crap outta the red grouper and scamp.....our week long vacation starts Saturday at Mexico Beach, I was planning on trying for some cobia of of cape San Blas, but I was wondering if red grouper was a fish that could be targeted near Mexico Beach???...

Need a new trolling motor, mine died on last trip.....

I doubt it was mastercaster......the "person" in question had a fairly new bay boat....a little on the smaller size either a 17 0r 19' rig with about a 115 yammie on the back.....Thinking back on it now, I'm probably more worked up over the look I seen on my sons face...he actually dropped...

just to add a good spot to the trip......on friday afternoon, an extremely polite gentlemen idled up to us in the same general location, he was fishing out of a very nice sea hunt with a T-top, he stopped and said he seen that I had several boys in the boat, and he wanted to do his best to make sure...

I wasn't in the channel... i was at least 200 yards north of the channel....and the guy wasnt heading towards the creek channel.....he was running towards the first big creek just north of Spring Warrior..... not that sitting in the middle of the channel is much of an excuse....but to a moron, anyth...

As we set in 3' of water 15 yards from a pole that marks an oyster bar just north of the entrance of spring warrior......and you come in off the flats at approx 3/4 t...

Let me clarify my 4' comment.....the shallow to extremely shallow has just been my preferred way of catching trout and reds I know a lot of peeps drift the deeper water just not my favorite way of fishing

after reading and commenting on some post about recent keaton activity..someone mentioned that my trip this weekend with several young boys might want to include fishing for bsb's...which got me to thinking, I've never actually targeted them before....caught some here and there, but never went to sp...
