The Albright Knot or the Nail Knot look like they would work well.
Go to www.animatedknots.com to see how to tie them.
Good luck.

Shout-out to Leupold.
Had a 10 year old range finder quit working last year so emailed Leupold asking if they had any suggestions on making it work. The reply was to send it in to them for service. I did and in about 4 weeks received a new upgraded range finder at no charge. This fall one of my 20+ year old VX-2 scopes g...

Re: FISHING THIS FRIDAY
Be reminded that gag grouper season is closed in both state and federal waters at this time.
Good luck with the fishing trip. Sounds like the weather will be good for you. Be careful.

Re: Is this a decent feeder?
I like the Moultrie feeders over the Wildgame. Got mine from Walmart online for about the same price. They are the short ones so I can fill from the ground or back of pickup. Good controls easy to read and set up with good battery life. I added the Moultrie solar chargers, again ordered from Walmart...

Re: Gulf Reef fishing survey sign up required.
This is from the FWC site as is the previous info. Why mandatory? Why not create a voluntary system instead? A mandatory program ensures the most reliable and precise estimates by sampling the actual population of anglers that fish for reef fish in the Gulf. A voluntary system would misrepresent the...

Re: Lost Yamaha Cowling
Sorry to read of your loss. I traveled Capital Circle east from Crawfordville Hwy to Mahan this afternoon and did not see it any where. Sure I would have noticed it as I run a Yammy 150. Hope some one finds it and gets it back to you.

Re: Truck Bedliner?
Line-X is the way to go. Had mine done 7 years ago and still love it. I had it applied "over the top" as a cap on the edges to protect the rail edge of the bed. Really suggest having that done if your bed does not have rail caps. I drive a 07 Chev 2500 and have a 5th wheel hitch which I re...

Re: Opinions on Food Saver Vacuum Sealer Please..
The way I get around the moisture problem is I freeze my fish on wax paper and a cookie sheet overnight then bag and freeze. I also do this with my venison burger patties that I make out when processing my deer. This keeps the meat where it holds its shape and the bags seal very easy. If I do have v...

Where are you located? I am in Crawfordville, south of Tallahassee. If we aren't too far apart might want to talk with you on these.
