Those do look like good reels for the price. I may pick one up after they release the 3000 size. If I like what I see I might look into becoming a small dealer for them. Definately can't beat American Made.

I only plan on making that trip if it is dead flat and the tides aren't too bad. I always carry VHF radio and cell phone for emergencies. There will be plenty of boats there that weekend.
