You have to at the very least bleed them out as much as you can before throwing in the cooler. I soak in buttermilk , gives a nice rich flavor.

Those numbers are terrible when you see that in 2016 both Taylor and Dixie county's were in the 60's . Every area is in trouble the only one climbing is citrus and it's climbing out of a very low point.

I looked two weeks ago when I was in Keaton and didn't see any. The water was a deep tea brown color both north and south of the channel. I am not sure if I'm waiting to hear the reports or jumping in and trying this weekend.
