Nice post B-man, it's been a while but I have seen tiger sharks on the flats. I have recently seen some of the biggest bull sharks I can remember out there too. A freind of mine caught a 7'+ bull near oyster bay,said he had a very nasty attitude even after he was released :o

Fenders, props and the motor can be repaired, no one got hurt and you've got a good story. The hooks that come on them are not as good as they used to be. I fish them until I have a problem then change them out. I do have one chug I have fished about 18 months and still have the original hooks and rings on it.
