Very nice report. Would love to see pic of your clouser. What hook and lead barbell size did you use? How are you fishing it?

Re: Interesting articles on global warming

Just to fix one point, the theory of evolution does not state "that man descended from an ape". What evolutionary scientists have deduced from the fossil record is that man and apes probably descended from a common ancestor.

Re: Seeking help

Dad is 82. Put a seat on the bow for him. Other than that he is still self sufficient.

Off Alligator Point

Ran out 7 miles from AP this AM into 40 feet of water. Found the BSB and kept enough for a couple of dinners. Off the water at 2pm for a late lunch at Tropical Trader. Water was flat, air was cold and company was excellent. A very nice way to spend the day. Camera was sitting on counter when I got h...

Re: Operation Racoon elimination

I'm thinking about resurrecting the North Florida Backyard Trapping Club (NFBTC). We could hold tournaments once a month. In the past the hardest part of the tournament was measuring the coons for the slot as gloves are not allowed.

Re: Operation Coon elimination

I use cheap creamy peanut butter. Catch coons and possums. Use the same trap for dillas. No bait, put up 2 x 6 boards in a vee with trap at point. Dillas walk right in.

Re: Daaang. Now THATS a pinfish...

If they were all that size you wouldn't be able to swim. After cleaning scallops one day in St Joe Bay I threw a half-full bucket of scallop ooey (daughter's description) into the water. The pinfish churned the water like watching piranha's on Mutual of Omaha.
