Re: Boating at Lanark/Carrabelle for 1st time.
The house we are staying at is gulf front, just east of Ho Hum Campground. Maybe I won't have to burn much gas to put my wife on some trout, lady fish, jacks, etc. Reds may be another story.

Re: TUES. MORNIN
We got a shade over 2 inches here in Lee Co. (GA). I could hear my grass/weeds growing this morning when I left for work. I'll have to mow before I leave for Carrabelle on Sunday.

Re: Memorial Day weekend fishing reports.
Fished on Saturday with friends. Launched at Carabelle and headed for Dog Isl. Fished a shallow cove off sand beach about 4' water. Some used live shrimp and I used white Gulp shrimp under poppin' cork. Caught one mackeral, three keeper trout and some small rock bass. Moved over to Lanark and got th...

Do you still have these? Where are you located? How much do you want for them?

Thanks to all of you, I'm feeling a little less antsy about maneuvering around down there.

Re: Econfina 6/4
Good lookin' bunch of fish. Being VERY new to saltwater fishing, I've got one question. How do you tell a Pompano from a Jack?
Thanks,
Russ
Thanks,
Russ

Re: going to carrabelle
I don't know what dates you'll be there, but I'll be staying between Carrabelle & Lanark June 12-17. This will be my first time taking a boat. (My son & I have just waded up to now & have done pretty well) Check out my post in the Inshore Fishing Reports & the replies. Maybe I'll see...

Re: Boating at Lanark/Carrabelle for 1st time.
Thanks fellas, keep 'em coming. Is the run from Lanark to Carrabelle and on toward Eastpoint a "stay a certain distance from shore and dodge the obvious hazards route" or is it a minefield?

Boating at Lanark/Carrabelle for 1st time.
Hey guys, I and my family have been coming to Carrabelle/Eastpoint area for a couple of years now, and love it. My son & I have had good success wadefishing west of Carrabelle. We're staying between Lanark & Carrabelle June 12-17 and I will be bringing my Xpress H18B bay/flats boat. I have n...

Re: June 23-28, Boatless @ Eastpoint
Well guys, no pics. (My son & I both decided against trying to take pics in waist-deep water & forgot about taking any before I filleted the few we kept) We waded an area east of Eastpoint on Wed., Thurs. & Sat. from dawn - 9:00. The trout were VERY active. Each morning from about 7:15 -...

Re: June 23-28, Boatless @ Eastpoint
Thanks guys, we will definitely use your tips. We will definitely be on/in the water after very first light, no matter where we decide to go. I've got an invite from a regular SGI east cut wader to go with him Wednesday morning. If things work out, we will probably take him up on the offer. (I rarel...

Re: June 23-28, Boatless @ Eastpoint
Thanks & keep 'em coming guys. Another question; what is the best thing to use for redfish. We waded (our first wading excursion) and caught several trout & 1 grown Jack last year when we stayed at Carrabelle, but no reds.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

June 23-28, Boatless @ Eastpoint
Hey guys, I will be staying in Eastpoint next week on family vacation. My son & I would like to get in some wadefishing. (Still new to wading) The house we are staying at is just east of the last oyster dock/house going toward Carrabelle. Looking at the address on Google satellite image, it is d...

Indian Pass fishing info needed
My wife & I will be coming down to Indian Pass, for the first time, next week. (5/19-22) We're staying at Indian Pass Campground, waterfront, near the boat ramp. Only problem is, I'm not bringing a boat. I need info on what fish go for, and with what bait, from the beach at the campground. I'm n...
