Yes, excellent report. Thanks for taking the time to do that. Sounds like you're a real pro at the wade fishing.

Thanks for the reminder and, especially, thanks for all you do to to make this such a great web site.
Re: NOLES!
Great game by Auburn. Gotta give their players and coaches huge props for a helluva game. Very proud of my Noles for being able to pull that one out.

Re: Take A Kid Fishin Saturday?? Help!!
I'm definitley not someone to be giving fishing advice in that or any other area but, if all else fails, find a rocky area in 8-12 feet of water, anchor up, throw out a chum bag and drift some live or dead shrimp off the back of the boat. You may not catch anything you want to keep but you should ha...

Re: Tallahassee Gun Forum
If you do a Google search for TGF, it says that the site can harm your computer --- something about being infected with malware or whatever. Before the site went down it seems like there were a few folks complaining about malware from the site or some similar computer ailment.

Re: Best way to sell a gun?
I have sold a few by consignment with Palladin in the Bradfordville area. Good folks. There's also a for sale column on the Tally Gun Forum but I have never used that so I can't say how well it works.

Re: MODERN SPORTING RIFLES aka Assault rifles.
I understand your point. But, I'm no longer willing to be reasonable. The anti-gun folks have made it clear that they are not stopping at reasonable -- they won't stop until they take away all guns. So, if they're not willing to be reasonable, niether am I. Even restrictions that I might otherwise h...

Re: So who went to Bass Pro?
I understand and agree 110% about givng preference to the local shops. In fact, I just bought a gun from a locally owned shop yesterday and paid about $60 more for it than the same gun that was in stock at WalMart. But, I also think it's important to keep in mind that even the big box stores employ ...

Re: MODERN SPORTING RIFLES aka Assault rifles.
The part I don't understand when someone says that they don't understand why I need to have any particular type of firearm is why they think I give a rat's behind about whether they understand or not. I don't have to have a reason, let alone a reason they understand. I have a right to own a firearm,...

Re: HOT August sale South GA Outdoors
I've never been clear on exactly how many rounds are in a "brick" of 22LR. 500? The last ammo sale SGA had the 22LR were $35 per 500. So, $60 doesn't sound quite right.

Re: Cape San Blas area
I think the main thing you need to do is an anti-rain dance. But seriously, I will also be down there next week but I'm still learning the bay and hope that someone more knowledgeable can give you some tips that might work. If not, the Seahorse folks can give you some good information on where to fi...

Re: 3,750 acres of public land near Lake Miccosukee for sale
I have always thought it was ironic that while many folks who regularly hunt and fish seem to be conservative to very conservative on most social and fiscal issues, when it come to natural resources, we're some of the most radical tree-huggers out there. It's something most non-hunters/fishers never...

Sounds like I need to be hitting you up for some SJB fishing advice! Wife and I did the beach thing at the end of the Cape yesterday. Looks like we were a little bit south of where that pic was taken. Drop dead gorgeous out there this weekend.
