Public ramp access?

Is there a public use boat ramp in the Turkey Point Shoals area other than Lanark?

I think next closest is AGP/Shell Point

Always wished for a public ramp across the canal from the marine lab...but it's not the best idea for the fishery or the boat club and store so i can live without it.
