I do not have a problem with any of it......because I do not put my boat in the water during scallop season. Too darned hot anyway!

Scalloping is an opportunity for the average florida driver to make an equal ass of himself in the water. I would wager than people tend to drive a less carefully in the water because there is "nothing to hit." I'd wager that the vast majority of scallopers are only on the water during the season.
