Channel Marker #3
Fished out of Econfina and saw a channel marker bouy washed aground near rock island. Is St Marks missing marker 3? If not it must have floated a long way. I have a picture on my Instagram because I haven't mastered the precise art of posting pictures on this forum.

What about Keaton? It has lost several markers over the years.

I feel like I should know this considering I fish there as much as anywhere but I thought all of Keaton's markers were pole markers, I dont think they have bouy markers. I could be wrong.

Keaton had a buoy after somebody took out one of the poles, don't recall the # but I would guess Hermine would have moved that one before Irma did...Apalachee Inshore wrote:I feel like I should know this considering I fish there as much as anywhere but I thought all of Keaton's markers were pole markers, I dont think they have bouy markers. Now that I think about it more Keaton does/did have a bouy but it was close to the jetty. Marker 3 would be the 3rd furthest out and I think those are poles.zload wrote:Keaton had a buoy after somebody took out one of the poles, don't recall the # but I would guess Hermine would have moved that one before Irma did...Apalachee Inshore wrote:I feel like I should know this considering I fish there as much as anywhere but I thought all of Keaton's markers were pole markers, I dont think they have bouy markers.
