Chipola river access

Post by coyotebgone »

I have a jet boat, 1860 aluminum. Is a jet able to navigate the chipola river or is it too weedy?

Thank you.

Not weedy but there are places where it gets very shallow with limestone rocks and pools. The majority of the river north of I-10 would be navigable but keep an eye peeled for logs/blowdowns.

Some record shoal bass lurking in those pools.
