I'm no expert, but I was thinking they were April/ May...

He is asking because the water temperature is unusually warm for February...Haven’t yet, but the water temp was 76 in the st marks river yesterday afternoon. 74 on the flats.

I have a friend that caught one a couple of weeks ago at St George. That's way early, but I guess anything is possible

I'm really hoping they turn on by the end of March this time with the warmer water temps... Have a fishing trip planned then. On a side note, how hard is it to catch them from a boat instead of the beach? Around Dog Island/SGI area? (I have never specifically targeted them, but have a friend coming with me that wants to catch them.)
