:thumbup: Nice, but there is a "slight" (sarcasm) difference between a .30 caliber round as the reporter said, and a 30 millimeter round.....

I love the warthog. Best aircraft for the money, we have ever designed. I hope they never retire it. It is absolutely perfect for the mission it is designed for.

Awesome piece of equipment. It's even more awesome when you factor in that the newest A-10 is 30 years old. Some are 40.

I can hardly believe it has Titanium Steel Armour plating... That kicks Azz Seen a pair of them flying over the flats and heard that unmistakable twin engine turbine sound signature.. What an experience.. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: ...

I saw one flying over the flats this past Friday. My first thought was, "That looks like a Warthog, nah can't be." Then seeing this video...yup, it was one.

We've had them here at Moody for years. There is no doubt when they are over the practice range. Usually, they fly right over my farm. The rescue group that they speak of is stationed at Moody. I ain't for no Arky, but I do say GO HOGS!
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!
