ST Marks NWR - 27 July 2014

Post by Terrier »

Fished the wash bar by the boat ramp today from 7:45AM - 12:30PM. Good water movement but it was hot. Ended up with 5 fish - each a different species:

21" inch trout on a white/charteuse/olive clouser
16" spanish on same
13" flounder on a green/gold polarflash clouser
large ladyfish on a white/charteuse/olive clouser
16" Jack crevalle on a white/charteuse/olive clouser

all but the jack came early in the day.

trout and the spanish came home for dinner:

Hey Kyle - all gone! I have a son who is 6', 145 lbs and I swear if I brought home Blue Whale he'd polish it off in one sitting.
