Thanks to David Olson of the old Outdoor Shop I had the privilege of meeting Lefty twice years ago. Watching him with a flyrod was an awe-inspiring experience. His presentation and funny folksy manner made you just love being around him. At age 93 he is still kicking......I wish him the best. :beer:

I am not tying flies anymore, but his instructional videos were some of the best I have ever seen. The fly casting ones are good too. :thumbup: He makes it look so easy even in a wind.
