father son, reds & grouper

Post by geofish »

My son is visiting on leave from the Air Force, and on the coldest day of the year, the seas were calm and the fish were biting!
Headed to rotary reef for a little sport.
In the first five minutes we were each broken off twice on pretty light tackle, but then each of us caught one huge over-slot red, and a half-dozen under-size grouper. All were returned to the sea with a smile!
