Red Snapper Trip - Help

Long time Pensacola Fishing Forum member, first post over here and already asking for help. Family beach trip to the alligator point area, looking to do a snapper trip and running into trouble. From the captains I have talked to anyone with a federal license cannot keep snapper, during the October season so I am having trouble finding a trip period. Looking for a 4-5 person trip, all of us are experienced off-shore, just do not want to trailer boat and have no coordinates for the area.
