Ochlocknee Bay storm aftermath

I fish this area several times a year and was wondering how the bottom topography might have been affected by the storm? I've seen a report where ancient ships have been unearthed on Dog Island so I can only imagine that underwater reefs, inshore bars, etc are probably rearranged . Also was wondering about the channel markers in the bay. Any insight would be appreciated.
