Put in with kayaks at the Boy Scout camp and fished the falling tide. Voodoo shrimp were the ticket for reds.
picked up 3 and a couple of keeper trout during a 3 hour paddle. The mullet were stacked up inside the bars.

Awesome. Did you notice if any of the grass was growing back in that area yet? I am seeing some grass over around Econfina, but haven't ventured West of St. Marks yet this year.

Thanks - Steve Stinson

Glad you did well on St George. Inside Dog Island is also pretty hot with reds and few trout.
BTW ,there were two boats , 7 anglers fishing these reds, Michael and I took them to Carrabelle Boat Club to clean

Greenbone have you ever fished the east end of dog island? There a sandbar that goes the length of dog island. In 3 to 4 feet is where I caught all of my fish while we were staying at HoHum.
