Y'all have it so much worse over there - and get a much higher propensity of environmental impact as well. I've seen many guides, as you say, go to C&R - and thankfully most of them are fly so the clientele falls inline with that move.

The recreation (& guide) will continue to get crushed by the commercial guys. And the greater strain there are on resources and availability of them, it seems the more lobying power they have to maintain limits and increase length of season.

Is so hard to believe that given the state of our inshore fisheries that FWC continues with the 75 fish Seatrout and 500 lb. a day Black Drum commercial limits.

Learned something today. I didn't know that Black Drum were fished commercially.
