Keaton New Year’s Day

Had a chance to go on the 1st day of the new year. Well we struck out big time, we went south out of Keaton and fished 1’ to 8’ and could not find the fish. Water was stained and 67 degrees. We threw plugs, cork rigs, jigs and anything else we had in the box. Did not try live bait as we did not have any. I hope it is not a sign of how 2019 is going to be. Still enjoyed the day and thankful to have the chance to get out there.
