A unique website dedicated to fishing information from Florida's Northern Big Bend. This includes the area from the Econfina River west to the Apalachicola River
This is getting ridiculous. $3.60 in tville this morning. I think we are going to have to start carpooling just to save enough to go fishing maybe once a month. That or invite more people and tell them up front to dig deep and pitch in. How has gas changed what you do? I think the only way to make it fair(not taking into acct that you make the boat payment and take care of wear and tear issues) Is to hit the gas station on the way there and fill the boat and truck up. Then stop at the same station on the way back and do it again and divide the gas cost. It's gonna take 3 or 4 people to make it affordable.
Went to fill up at Circle K on Mahan next to Nissan, they must have messed up when they set their pumps.. price said $3.55 on the big sign, pump said $2.55.. save $25 on my fill up...
I fueled my truck up Friday morning $115.00 worth. They told me inside that they didn't take debit over $75.00, I asked if they syphon hose to get the $35.00 dollars out. Turns out they will make an exception when faced with syphoning their product out themselves.
In the words of the great Doc Holliday, "I'll be your huckleberry"
Last summer I got a $180wk raise and now I cant even tell the difference. If it keeps going, I'll be worse off than before. Might have to put my Wife to work so I can go fishing
You’ve reached middle age when all you exercise is caution.

Wow....common sense prevailed = rare these days!
It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
